왜 윈도우 10에는 HEVC를 기본으로 설치하지 않았는지?

윈도우 10 64비트에 HEVC (H265)가 기본으로 들어가 있지가 않습니다...

HEVC(H265) SUPPORT를 위해서는 윈10 64비트와

하드웨어 (4K지원 그래픽 카드) 그리고.....
