Sigma confirms again their plans for new FE lenses designed for Sony mirrorless cameras
In a recent post on the Chinese social media platform Weibo (already deleted), Sigma confirmed again what they already told us in various interviews over the past two years - the company is planning to introduce a new line of full-frame FE lenses designed for Sony mirrorless cameras. The first obvious choices are 35mm f/1.4 and 50mm f/1.4 - as Sigma's CEO Kazuto Yamaki said: "we'd either make a f/1.4, or something different". We will probably see the first signs of the new lenses around the CP+ show that starts in March. There is no indication yet if Sigma will also announce new lenses for the upcoming Nikon mirrorless camera.
As I already reported in my recap yesterday, Sigma is also expected to introduce a new APS-C mirrorless lens for Sony E-mount:
이전에 시그마차이나가 Weibo에서 cp+쇼에서 FE35mm렌즈만발표되는게아니라 또다른렌즈가있을듯하다고했는데 FE50mm렌즈일듯하다네요. 만약진짜라면 35mm f/1.4 and 50mm f/1.4 FE렌즈일듯하다네요.
